These Terms govern your use of the EDGE Sword services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. Usage beyond subscribed limits may incur overage fees described in your order form.

Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you upload. We only process customer data to provide the service, subject to our Data Processing Addendum.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service or use it for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
