EDGE Sword connects to Meta (Facebook) so Lead Ads and page lead forms land as CRM leads. You manage the connection under Configuration → Integrations, then open the Facebook config screen for pages, forms, webhooks, and ad accounts. Prefer this native path when you want Pages, forms, and ad accounts inside EDGE Sword; if your ads team already uses LeadsBridge, see Connect Facebook via LeadsBridge instead.
Please note:
- You need a Meta Business / Facebook user who can manage the Page and Lead Ads forms you want to sync.
- Subscribe each Page after connecting — without a subscription, new leadgen webhooks do not arrive.
- Form questions can auto-create custom fields when mapped from Facebook Lead Gen forms.
- After leads arrive, configure Lead Distribution for the Facebook source.
Connect Facebook
- Open Configuration → Integrations.
- Find Facebook (Meta Graph) and start Connect / OAuth.
- Approve Page and leads permissions in Meta’s consent screen.
- When redirected back, open Facebook config (or Manage) to see connected Pages.
If the config screen says Facebook not connected, return to Integrations and complete OAuth first.
Subscribe Pages for live leads
On the Facebook config page:
- Review Connected Pages.
- Click Subscribe on each Page that runs Lead Ads.
- Use Refresh Pages if a newly granted Page does not appear.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Subscribed | EDGE Sword receives leadgen webhook events for that Page |
| Not subscribed | Forms may still be listed, but live leads will not sync |
Lead forms and import
Expand a Page to list its Lead Gen forms. From each form you can:
- Preview questions and thank-you / privacy metadata from Meta
- Browse recent leads returned by Graph API
- Import historical leads into EDGE Sword (useful when connecting an existing ad account)
Imported and webhook leads become leads with source attribution you can align to campaigns and forms.
Ad accounts
The same Facebook config surface can list ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, and ads for operators who map Meta IDs into EDGE campaigns. Use this when you need campaign / creative identifiers alongside inbound Lead Ads.

Troubleshooting
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| No Pages listed | Reconnect Facebook; confirm the Meta user manages the Page |
| Leads not arriving | Page must show Subscribed; confirm Lead Ads use that Page |
| Empty form structure | Reconnect and confirm leads_retrieval / Page permissions |
| Duplicate leads | Prefer webhook + careful one-time import; avoid re-importing the same form range |
For native EDGE web forms (not Meta), see Build forms.
