Fields → Webhook Mappings maps keys from inbound webhooks (for example LeadsBridge) onto EDGE Sword field definitions. Without mappings, payload attributes may be ignored or land on the wrong property.
Please note:
- Create or confirm custom fields before mapping external keys to them.
- Multiple webhook keys can point at one field when providers rename questions.
- Native Meta Lead Ads also create field links from form questions — still verify mappings for hybrid setups.
Open mappings
- Open Fields.
- Select the Webhook Mappings tab.
- Choose an entity type: Leads, Deals, Campaigns, Companies, Inventories, or Assets.
- Edit a row to set comma-separated webhook field names for that CRM field.
- Save — new webhook payloads resolve those keys into the mapped field.
Example (Leads)
| CRM field | Example webhook keys |
|---|---|
email, Email, work_email |
|
| Phone | phone_number, phone |
| Custom “Budget” | budget, what_is_your_budget |
