Data Migration (Configuration → Data Migration) is the scorecard and provider hub for bringing people data into EDGE Sword. Today BambooHR is available; other HRIS/ATS/payroll providers are listed as coming soon.
Please note:
- Admins with
settings.viewopen the page; imports run through the documented CLI against a dump directory.- Review HR catalogs and Manage employees and profiles after a run.
- Dry-run first when the CLI supports it; failed rows appear on the run scorecard.

BambooHR import (high level)
- Prepare a BambooHR dump directory per your runbook
- Run the EDGE Bamboo importer CLI (command shown on the Data Migration scorecard)
- Refresh the scorecard — confirm catalogs, departments, people, satellites, files, and related datasets
- Spot-check employee profiles, HR catalogs, Documents, recruiting, training, and benefits as applicable
