Overview
Offers combine products into promotions — buy-one-get-one, bundled kits, or limited-time discounts. Offers appear on eligible orders and POS carts when active and within their schedule. List prices from Manage price lists still apply before offer discounts are calculated.
Build an offer
- Open Inventory → Offers
- Select New offer
- Choose offer type (bundle, discount, free item)
- Add qualifying and reward products or categories
- Set start and end dates, channels, and usage limits
- Activate when ready to publish
Inactive or expired offers are ignored at checkout.
Please note:
- Reward SKUs must be in stock at the fulfilling inventory location; out-of-stock reward lines may skip the offer even when conditions are met.

Stacking and limits
Workspace settings define whether multiple offers can apply on one order. Usage limits cap redemptions per customer or globally — useful for flash sales.
Test offers on a draft order before enabling on POS or the customer portal. Fulfillment teams should confirm pick paths in Picking and orders when bundle lines ship from multiple locations. Hospitality POS applies the same offer rules at checkout when channel eligibility includes dine-in or takeaway. Manage offers with offers permission; cashiers see applied promotions on the ticket.
