Inventory modules keep catalog and quantity data aligned with sales and logistics. Product records tie into inventory locations and price lists without duplicating SKUs. Fulfilled sales decrement stock through Picking and orders; inbound supply from Vendors and FMCG customers increases on-hand at receiving locations.
Products
Create products with SKUs, units, and sales channels. Channel availability can depend on which modules your tenant has enabled.
Product fields at a glance
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| SKU | Unique identifier across orders and stock |
| Unit of measure | How quantity is sold and counted |
| Track stock | Whether on-hand qty is maintained |
| Reorder point | Triggers low-stock alerts |
| Base price | Default before price list overrides |
Warehouse and retail sites also configure stock replenishment types (Min-Max, fixed quantity, periodic, JIT).
Stock
Adjust stock levels, review movements, and prevent overselling when backorder rules are configured.
Please note:
- On-hand quantity is tracked per inventory location; workspace-wide totals are the sum of location balances, not a separate ledger.

Hospitality tenants consume the same product catalog through Recipes and menu; POS sales post ingredient deductions back to stock. B2B orders invoiced in Create and send invoices typically release pick lists only after credit checks pass.
Price lists
Assign customer- or region-specific pricing without duplicating product records. See Manage price lists for assignment and priority rules. Bundle and discount promotions are configured separately in Create offers.
