Settings → EDGE AI controls tenant-wide access to the EDGE AI assistant. Members with ai.read can use the assistant when it is enabled; ai.manage_config (or the admin permission) is required to change limits and the master on/off switch. The drawer entry itself requires settings.view — see Settings overview.
Usage this period
The top card shows token consumption for the current user:

Large values are abbreviated (K for thousands, M for millions).
Workspace settings
Tenant-level controls apply to all members unless overridden per user elsewhere:
- Enable EDGE AI — Master switch; when off, members cannot use the assistant
- Daily token limit (per user) — Leave empty for unlimited; tenant cap always applies
- Monthly token limit (per user) — Same behavior as daily; empty means unlimited
Click Save Changes after editing. Users without ai.manage_config see the fields read-only with a note that admin permission is required.
Please note:
- Limits are enforced per user; a tenant-wide cap from your plan may still apply even when individual fields are blank.
- Disabling EDGE AI takes effect for the whole workspace — coordinate with teams that rely on AI-assisted workflows before turning it off.
- AI features in other modules require those modules to be enabled first — see Enable and manage modules.
