Workspace settings control how EDGE Sword behaves for everyone in your tenant.
Your signup industry pre-enables a module pack; use Settings → Modules to refine it anytime. Start with Choose your industry workspace experience, then follow the sector guide — Real Estate, FMCG, or Hospitality — for role layouts and recommended toggles.
Please note:
- Disabling a module hides it from navigation for all users immediately — confirm no active workflows or integrations depend on it first.
- Role changes should follow Roles, permissions, and RBAC so access stays aligned with enabled modules.
- The full module catalog UI is documented in Enable and manage modules.
Enable modules
- Open Settings from the sidebar rail
- Go to Modules
- Enable only the capabilities your industry needs
Fewer modules means a cleaner nav and clearer permissions.

Set start modules per role after enabling features — see Start modules per role.
Fields and configuration
Custom fields, pipelines, and start modules live under Configuration. See Custom fields for entity-level setup. Changes apply across the workspace according to each user's roles.

Tips
- Start with CRM + Dashboard, then add Finance or HR when ready
- Hospitality tenants often enable POS, Bookings, and Rooms together
- FMCG teams typically enable Logistics, Stock, and field reporting
Review enabled modules after go-live — disabling unused areas reduces training load and permission complexity. New admins should start with Welcome to EDGE Sword for a module overview.
Personal and account settings
Not every Settings drawer section is workspace-wide. For day-to-day account tasks, see Settings overview and these guides:
| Topic | Article |
|---|---|
| Name, photo, push alerts | Profile and push notifications |
| Google / Slack sign-in | Linked accounts |
| Workspace branding | Theme and workspace appearance |
| 2FA and passkeys | Account security, 2FA, and passkeys |
Administrators with settings.view still manage modules, members, and roles from the WORKSPACE and PEOPLE & ACCESS sections described above.
