Configuration → Product Image Match uploads image files and matches them to products by SKU (product code) or name, then attaches media to the matched product.
Please note:
- Supported types include JPEG, PNG, WebP, and GIF.
- Best results come from filenames that equal the SKU or closely match the product description.
- Review low-confidence / unmatched files before bulk upload completes.
How matching works

Normalization treats hyphens, &, and underscores as spaces and softens common filename noise so names like HOT-&-SPICY-… can still match catalog descriptions.
Steps
- Open Configuration → Product Image Match.
- Upload one or many images.
- Review matched rows (SKU vs name) and fix unmatched via manual product select.
- Confirm upload — media attaches to each product.
