Configuration → Product Data Import updates existing products from a spreadsheet. Rows are keyed by SKU; you map columns such as RRP and barcodes, preview diffs, then apply.
Please note:
- This updates products that already exist — it is not a full catalog create wizard.
- SKU must match
productCodein EDGE Sword.- Preview carefully; imports overwrite mapped fields on matched products.
Importable fields (examples)

The page auto-detects columns from common header patterns; you can adjust mapping before apply.
Steps
- Open Configuration → Product Data Import.
- Upload the spreadsheet.
- Confirm SKU key + field mappings.
- Review the diff preview (current vs new values).
- Apply updates and verify a sample of products.
