EDGE Sword is a modular CRM and operations platform. Your workspace only shows the modules your tenant has enabled, and what you can do inside them is controlled by roles and permissions.
At signup you choose an industry that enables a default module pack — Real Estate, FMCG, or Hospitality are fully provisioned today. See Choose your industry workspace experience for the comparison table, then open the guide that matches your sector: Real Estate, FMCG, or Hospitality.
Please note:
- Navigation and available actions depend on enabled modules and assigned roles — see Configure your workspace and Roles, permissions, and RBAC before inviting users.
Workspaces
Each organization is a tenant (workspace). Switch workspaces from the sidebar when you belong to more than one.
Core concepts
| Concept | What it means | Where to configure |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace | Your organization's tenant | Switcher in sidebar |
| Module | A feature area (Leads, Finance, HR) | Settings → Modules |
| Role | Bundle of permissions for a job | Settings → Roles |
| Dashboard | Home KPIs for enabled modules | Dashboard nav item |
| Notifications | Alerts for assignments and workflows | Profile → Notifications |
Modules
Administrators enable modules such as Leads, Finance, HR, or POS under Settings → Modules. Disabled modules disappear from navigation for everyone in that workspace.
