Product categories live on Fields → Products alongside product custom fields. Use them to group the catalog for browsing, filters, and ops workflows.
Please note:
- Category changes affect how products are grouped workspace-wide.
- Keep names stable if Sage 200 or imports already rely on category labels.
Manage categories
- Open Fields → Products.
- Open the Product Categories manager.
- Add, rename, reorder, or deactivate categories.
- Assign products to categories from product records / imports as your process requires.
