Invite a member
- Open Settings → Members — full UI details in Manage members
- Enter their email and assign one or more roles
- Optionally select hire-onboarding fields (photo, ID, resume, education, bank, emergency contact)
- Send the invite and confirm they land in the correct workspace
What the invitee sees
The accept link opens a stepped wizard: welcome → create password → any selected onboarding fields (one per step) → profile picture when included. Password creation activates the account; later steps save documents and profile data to HR. When Covenant hire packets are set to auto-send, signature PDFs are emailed after accept.
After they join
- They only see enabled modules for the tenant
- Within those modules, role permissions decide create / read / update access
- Set their default landing page under Start modules per role when their job has a dedicated homepage
- Point them at this Knowledge Base with a module-filtered link from Help in the app — start with Welcome to EDGE Sword
